Primary Care PAC is the vehicle through which you can support the election or re-election of statewide candidates who share your commitment to primary care and related health care issues.

The purpose of Primary Care PAC, a West Virginia political action committee, is political in nature, and contributions are purely voluntary. Any suggested contribution amounts are only guidelines. You will not be favored or disadvantaged by reason of the amount of your contribution or your decision not to contribute. Contributions to Primary Care PAC are not tax deductible for federal or state income tax purposes.

Primary Care PAC is an unaffiliated state PAC. The following rules govern this PAC:

• Individuals may give up to $1,000 per election cycle.
• Election cycles are identified as “primary” or “general.” Example: someone could give $1,000 to Primary Care PAC during the primary election cycle and $1,000 to Primary Care PAC during the general election cycle, for a total of $2,000 given to Primary Care PAC.
• Corporations may not contribute to Primary Care PAC.
